When we look at the 32,000-year-old statue of the lioness woman, which is undoubtedly one of the first examples of art, it is from the human mind to imagine things that do not really exist. It shows that art has been intertwined with humanity since the beginning and this is exactly what is left of us.
For years, I worked with my father on many traditional designs, all of which were ancient mirror designs in aboriginal art.Mirrors have always been amazing throughout history, seeing someone exactly like ourselves in the mirror was like magic. Later, the artists used this magic glass for the benefit of art and showed off an expression of their art in a beautiful and glorious way. Small pieces of white and colored mirrors that are carefully cut and repeated in a general design are installed on the walls and ceilings of buildings using materials. Unfortunately, this art is being forgotten.
In my opinion, the art of mirror work is not limited to those unique traditional designs, as long as our imaginations, we humans can create creative designs and display imaginations in the form of this art.
Since I was 20 years old, I have been interested in creating designs that are different from the past and in a style that matches the current state of the modern art world. Every time I work with a mirror, I constantly see myself in the mirror in search of what is going on in my mind, so that every time this mirror is designed, we can see a different view of ourselves and the world around us. In fact, each design is another form of ourselves.
However, I am eager to design a new image of mirror art and it is very exciting for me that this form of art is not fixed and that each person can see their own in them and share with others. I hope this will give me a new window into art.
